At the end of 2014, we decided my wife and me, to invest in the purchase of an apartment in Biarritz. We made the approach to some real estate agencies and visited some properties in the new er the renovation. Very quickly by means of the agency Mateille and by means of his agent Thierry Jubera, we were seduced by a house in the district Beaurivage very close to the Beach of the Basques

To estimate the potential of evolution, we asked to a friend to come and to examine with us the apartment. Convinced that it was possible to do something of well, we decided to take the plunge. The idea was enriched and finalized by the girl of my friend, used to design from inside. The house dates the end of the 20s. She was put there in co-ownership during year 1963, under the name of Home Saint-Jean. Today, six co-owners are divided the house on two floors. The apartment acquired in 2015 (signature of the act on April 13th), we appealed to Home Consult to assure the Project management of the renovation. After a development and a selection of the offers by Home Consult, the works started up at the beginning of June. On July 31st, we made the reception.
